Our Promise to Inversion Art team members:

  • All job listings will present a clear salary range. The low end will never be more than 15% below the high end. Any employee starting below the topline salary (because of less experience) will receive the topline after 1 year.

  • No employee with over 1 year of experience in a role will ever be paid less than a new employee with the same job.

  • No salaries will ever be below the MIT-calculated living wage for a single adult in the employee’s location. (livingwage.mit.edu)

  • There will always be an annual raise matching inflation, plus more for performance.

  • PTO is 15 days (3 weeks) per year for the first two years, with 2.5 days added per year after that. Employees are required to take a minimum of 15 days of PTO every year.

  • Paid sick time is 5 days, no explanations necessary. Mental health days are encouraged.

  • All employees are entitled to 12 weeks of unpaid maternity/paternity leave after one year. 2 weeks will be paid for FTEs.

  • No executive will ever earn a salary more than 15x that of the lowest paid US employee.

  • All FTEs over $49k in salary will receive stock options.
